Many of our customers are used to the typical light blue or white agapanthus, but now we have a new treat for the eyes! Here at Myrtle Creek we have a new variety of Agapanthus, Storm Cloud. This evergreen perennial has three to four foot stalks with beautiful dark purple blossoms at the end. The Agapanthus is the perfect summer shrub. Agapanthus shrubs bloom all summer and tend to love being in full sun, but can also survive being in part shade. It also is a great water saver, it can take lots of water or very little, or even be the perfect accent for your house at the beach, talk about hardy! If you need a great hardy plant that will give you a gorgeous summer bloom, then the Storm Cloud Agapanthus is just for you!
